Firm profile

Changes to firm profile are audited (see Audit log). Only firm owners and admins can save changes; other members see a read-only view.
Referrals panel
Opt your firm in to receive referrals from Tallymail Consumer and Commercial users. You pick the practice areas, jurisdictions and matter sizes you want. We only pass leads that match. You can pause or leave the panel at any time.
Join the Tallymail Referrals Panel
Tick the practice areas and jurisdictions your firm will accept introductions for. When a Tallymail user outside the legal product (Consumer / Commercial) needs a lawyer and your profile matches, you receive a lead card with the matter type, summary, and the user's consented contact details.
